Tea Processing Machinery - Stalk Separation

The old orthodox tea stalk separator machine that was developed by us will have a structure as shown below.
Recently we have modified the mechanical adjustments of changing rollers to pneumatic flexible adjustments this feature enhances the stalk separation and avoids spillage and tea accumulations.

Stalk separation is a hectic work with involvement of more labour and still a perfect cleaning is not possible.

With the globalized market it is very essential to keep the highest quality just for the sake of sustaining in the competitive market.

Hence we have developed a machine that can very easily separate stalks from good tea. Both will be collected separately.

In India we are the first one to develop such type of machine

Initially we have developed a machine with Aluminium and PVC rotating drums, which was successfully launched in some of the tea factories in Nilgiris. During trial run it was found to have some minor disadvantages like spillage and accumulation in continuous operation. Seeing the potential of the machine many started copying the technology.

Now we have changed the entire concept of the machine. A very new concept, simple operation, no complicated adjustments; just a conveyor like movements and user-friendly machine is going to be launched.

The machine works on the principle of

1. High frequency / Low Voltage
2. Triggering of high static field
3. Field attraction of negatively charged ions
4. Specially developed moving separator
